Membrane switch  production process flow
1. Design and plate making:
Design according to customer needs and product functions, determine the size, layout, color and pattern of the switch, and make corresponding film or digital printing files.
2. Material preparation:
Prepare all kinds of film materials required, such as PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PC (polycarbonate) or other special films as the substrate, and other auxiliary materials such as overlay, conductive silver paste, insulating ink, adhesive.
3. Printing process:
① Printing panel: First print background pattern, text logo and other information on the bottom film.
② Printed line layer: Use conductive silver paste or carbon paste on another layer of film to print circuit contacts through the screen printing process.
(3) Dustproof film or isolation layer: If necessary, you can also add a dustproof film or isolation layer, and print ICONS or symbols on it.
4. Dry solid treatment:
The printed layers of materials need to be fully cured by drying boxes or tunnel furnaces to ensure that materials such as ink and silver paste are thoroughly dried and firmly attached to the film.
5. Laminated composite:
The various films that have been printed and dried are precisely aligned according to the functional order, and then laminated by a hot press in a dust-free environment to form a multi-layer structure of the membrane switch  assembly.
6. Die cutting:
A high-precision laser cutter or die punch is used to cut the composite film material into the shape and size of the final product, while creating tactile bumps or depressions at the key site.
7. Assembly connection:
If necessary, the membrane switch  and other electronic components such as circuit boards, wires, etc., can be connected by welding, hot pressing wiring strips, etc.
8. Quality inspection:
A series of quality control procedures such as electrical performance testing, appearance inspection and feel inspection are carried out on the produced membrane switch  to ensure that each switch meets technical standards and customer requirements.
9. Packing and warehousing:
After strict testing qualified Membrane switch, according to the specifications of the quantity of packaging, and properly stored in the warehouse waiting for delivery.
