PVC panel is a kind of Graphic overlay, which uses PVC as the main material, the use of screen printing technology graphics, text, identification in one of the main protection and identification of a plastic product, the general PVC panel is printed on the reverse side, and is covered with a strong adhesive double-sided tape on the back.

Gasket

Circuit layer

This layer adopts good performance polyester film (PET) as the carrier of the switching circuit pattern and uses a special process to screen silver paste carbon paste on it

Laminated layer

It is between the upper circuit and the lower circuit layer and plays the role of sealing and connecting, generally using PET double-sided tape, its thickness is 0.05-0.2mm; When selecting this layer of material, the overall thickness of the product, insulation, circuit key package feel and tightness should be fully considered.

Backing layer

The use of backglue is closely related to what kind of material the membrane switch  panel is pasted with, and common double-sided tape, 3M glue, waterproof glue and so on are commonly used.
